France is "La Grand Nation", Land of wine, Champagne, cheese and "joie de vivre". The whole country is interesting for tourists, whether it is the capital Paris with Eifeltower and Louvre, the Cote d´Azur and Mediteranean, the Provence or the Atlantic coastal areas. And for the sports-minded there is of course the Tour De France in July.

Annecy's location seems perfect with lakes and mountains all around. It deserves its nickname "Pearl of French Alps".
