Your journey will begin in Cologne, a breathtaking German city known for its captivating cathedral and world heritage sites. From there you will make your way into the Netherlands as you travel to Amsterdam, to see the beautiful canals and extraordinary architecture. Set sail into Nijmegen, one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands, believed to be founded by the Romans in the 1st century BC. Next, you will explore Koblenz at the meeting point of the Moselle and Rhine Rivers, and continue your cruise towards Rudesheim, one of the most beautiful wine regions in Germany, before you explore the industrial city of Mannheim/Ludwigshafen, and spend some time in Strasbourg, to see the perfect mix of the medieval past and the progressive future. Your journey will end in Basel, where you will disembark the cruise before your 9-day tour on the Rhine comes to an end!
