Bolivia is a very colorful South American country that will give you great experiences that will stay with you for a lifetime. Sucre is a beautiful, very pleasant city with nice white buildings in the eastern part of the country. It is the 2nd official capital of Bolivia. Even though you may feel right at home here, you should still be careful with ice creams.
