Vietnam is a country with a long coastline and lots to see and do. Capital is Hanoi, after the reunification of North and South in 1975. For a very long time The North was part of China - and communist. Other countries like France left their footprint as well. Da Nang is the 3rd largest city in Vietnam. It is located within 100 km of several UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Imperial City of Hue, the Old Town of Hoi An, and the My Son ruins. Da Nang itself has a long beach with many luxury resorts.
