"Malaysia, truly Asian" is the national slogan. On the mainland you'll find the capital Kuala Lumpur (with Twin Towers), Melakka (with Dutch history) and famous tea fields (like the Cameron Highlands). On the East there is Sarawak (the Northern part of Borneo) where you can find exotic monkeys and apes (orang-utang = "person of the forest"). Malaysia is mostly a Muslim country with a large Chinese minority.

Kota Kinabalu is home to the highest mountain - with the same name - in South-East Asia. The area is not just known for the climb to the top, but also for diving spots and a lot of nature.
